Research Physics Capstone Day at the Schwartz/Reisman Center

Yesterday, a Research Physics Capstone Day took place at the Schwartz/Reisman Science Education Center—an event that has become a tradition and marks a significant milestone in the students’ research-based learning journey.

The goal of the day was to measure the height of the lobby from the third floor, following a year in which students learned and practiced more than ten different measurement methods. During the capstone day, students applied the tools and knowledge they had acquired through independent work, critical thinking, and collaboration.

The event reflected the core spirit of research physics: connecting theory to practice, inquiry-based learning, and the students’ remarkable enthusiasm throughout the process.
