Physics Connects Communities – A Special Visit to Schwartz/Reisman Rehovot!

We were delighted to host a group of girls and mothers from the Jewish community of Minneapolis at our Rehovot campus, as part of the Jewish Agency’s Partnership2Gether Rehovot–Minneapolis program, in collaboration with the Rehovot Municipality.

During the visit, the girls took part in a hands-on workshop at our FabLab, where they learned principles of physics through experimentation – and even built their own headphones! 🎧

At the end of the activity, the participants left with the headphones they had built, special souvenirs prepared by the Gelfand FabLab team, and above all, big smiles and a curiosity to keep exploring the world of physics.

A big thank-you to the Arnon Campus team and the Gelfand FabLab team for their dedication, creativity, and wonderful hospitality.

It was a pleasure to host the group and to see how a shared science activity can bring communities together and spark curiosity across the ocean! 💚🔬
