The Schwartz/Reisman Center in Baqa al-Gharbiyye was established in 2025, following a successful application to a national call for proposals issued by the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology. This is the first center of its kind operating within Arab society, adapting the Schwartz/Reisman educational and operational model to the local cultural and administrative context.

Classes are currently held in a temporary facility allocated by the municipality, which has undergone renovation and modifications to meet the pedagogical standards and learning requirements customary at Schwartz/Reisman centers.
