The school year has begun, the holidays are behind us, and our labs are once again filled with creativity, building, and scientific curiosity.
We’re kicking things off with one of our most exciting and challenging workshops:
The Mousetrap Car! 🐭⚙️
In this workshop, students design and build a car powered by the energy released from a mousetrap.
The goal: go as far as possible – not necessarily as fast as possible!
Through hands-on experimentation, they explore what affects performance:
lever length, wheel size, weight, friction, symmetry, and more…
All while turning physics into motion in the most engaging way.
At the end – a competition! And only one car will take first place 🏁😄
